What do I do once I receive my Expresso?

Take a picture and upload it to your IG announcing it arrived! Don’t forget to #SkinnyExpresso

Then, all you have to do is drink one sachet 30 minutes before your meal, 3 times a day. Your box will contain:

7x Rise and Grind sachets - these are to be consumed before your breakfast.

7x Suppresso sachets - these are to be consumed before your lunch.

7x Sleeping Brew-ty sachets - these are to be consumed before your dinner. (decaffeinated)

What should I eat on my Expresso program?

All we ask is that you make healthier choices.

Can I drink Expresso if I am pregnant/breastfeeding?

We recommend not to consume this product due to the caffeine levels of the Rise & Grind sachet and Suppresso.

Can I drink Expresso if I am on medication/ have a medical condition?

We recommend consulting your doctor beforehand, however, please note that our product does NOT contain any laxatives. 

What dietary requirements is Expresso suitable for?

Our product does not contain any allergens and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.


What are the shipping timeframes for my country?

Where do I enter my discount code?
Simply enter your discount code at last stage of checkout after entering all your payment details.
How do I cancel my order or get a refund?

If you have just placed your order then please get in contact with our customer service department on hello@skinnyexpresso.com before it is shipped out.

Please note, once it has shipped you can retrieve a refund by returning your product unused. Due to this product being a food product we can only provide refunds on unopened products.
